- Provide, maintain and improve chataq.
- Authenticate accounts and prevent abuse.
- Communicate product updates and respond to support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data with vetted infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, payments, AI model providers) strictly to operate the service, under contracts that require confidentiality and security.
4. Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion to comply with legal and operational requirements.
5. Your rights
