1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, infringing or abusive content or activity.
• No reverse engineering or attempts to disrupt the service.
• No automated scraping outside published APIs.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of code and content you create with chataq. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display your content as needed to operate the service.

4. AI-generated output

AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and licensing any code or content before using it in production.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, chataq is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
